Returns and exchanges
Satisfaction with your order is my main goal, all refunds/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Please convo me before leaving feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase.

I do not give refunds for buyer’s remorse. If you are completely unhappy with your purchase I will work with you. I will consider exchanging an item or giving you a store credit.

I do not refund shipping costs.
I accept PayPal payments and money orders. I prefer PayPal, but if you need to send a money order, I will ship your purchase after I receive your payment. If you pay with PayPal I will generally ship within 2 days. If you purchase on a Friday, I will ship the following Monday.
I ship through USPS via first class for U.S. orders. I do ship internationally, please convo me for details and rates.

I wrap my each item in tissue paper and place them in a padded envelope with a piece of cardboard for reinforcement. I take care to insure my orders are well protected for shipping.

Once I’ve mailed the items, I don’t assume responsibility for any damage incurred during shipping. At the same time, I do want you to be happy with your shopping experience at my shop. I will work with you on items that can be repaired within reason. You are responsible for all shipping costs for repairs. Please contact me with any concerns or questions before you leave negative feedback.

If the shipping charges are actually less than $1.00 difference from what I listed, I will reimburse you the difference.
