Yes, I offer professional printing for invitations, thank you notes cards, stationery, posters, and canvas artwork (USA ONLY).

I do NOT offer printing for any printable decorations (anything not listed above). These are only available as printable digital files.

***If a printed listing is purchased outside the USA, the purchase will be converted to a digital file only unless the buyer agrees and purchases international shipping. Failure to purchase international shipping by the original ship by date will convert the item to a digital file only.
***We cannot ship to US PO Boxes. Failure to provide a street address by the original ship by date will convert the purchase to a digital file only.

No refunds or cancellations will be given.

Orders/approvals after normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm EST and Friday from 10am-12pm EST) will be considered submitted on the next business day.

For instance, an order/approval received at 5pm on Monday will have the below processing times begun Tuesday morning. An order/approval received at 3pm on Friday will have the below processing start on Monday.

*Digital/Printable Items: within 1 business day (no proof will be sent unless requested)

*Printed Invitations, Stationery, and Thank You Cards: 2-3 business days upon final proof approval

*Printed Chalkboard and Newspaper Posters: 3-4 business days upon final proof approval

Text can always be changed on invitations (and are also available in other languages). I design all aspects of my creations, so colors can be changed.

Please note, for party packages, only invitations are available in another language. All other items would remain in English as described. There will be a small fee for changing colors on items other than the invitation.

If you have any questions (or specific requests) regarding a certain design, please contact me for additional fees and a custom listing if applicable.

It's super easy! Once purchased, I will personalize the printable files with your details according to the listing description. Files will be emailed to the email address on file with Etsy for you to print yourself.

You can print from any color printer (home, office supply store, etc) as many times as desired.

I recommend printing on heavy white card stock (at least 100 lb) or more. Full instructions + printing tips come with all party package orders.

No. Please read listing descriptions carefully. If you are purchasing an Instant Download, you will receive a link via Etsy to download immediately. The item will be sent exactly as shown in the listing. No personalization, size changes, color changes, etc. are available. No refunds will be given.

If you would like to alter an instant download item, please contact me first for fees and a custom listing if applicable.

Please make sure you are downloading your file to a computer and uploading it to your printer/print company from a computer. Using a phone or tablet can reduce the resolution of the digital image.

Deer Custom Designs is not responsible for poor print quality if a computer is not used. All of our digital files are 300dpi high resolution files and as such should print at a high resolution when downloaded properly.

*By sending us your photo you affirm that you have usage and copyrights to said image. We assume no liability for usage of photos provided.
*We are not responsible for the quality of photo sent. Please try to send the highest resolution photo possible.
*We may need to crop the image to best fit the listing purchased.
*We will use the photo as is (except for cropping). There may be an additional fee to modify, change colors, etc to photos provided.
*An additional fee may be incurred to switch the provided photo with another provided image.

*If the poster has been printed (regardless of shipping status) before the "Add a Picture" listing is purchased the poster will have to be repurchased.
