Navajo handmade jewelry and each made unique to add much grace and beauty to your life.

I have created and marketed my craft for more than 15 years, mostly to local customers and today, internationally. As I worked my way thorough college, I used this means to supplement my income as a single parent to 4 and a guardian to my nephew.

It took some time to gain exposure and more time for some to notice my work. It started when one day, I was asked to set up a booth at a conference and this is where I realized that I loved to meet my customers in person and sharing with them the meaning behind each creation. I realized that this type of marketing strategy was exciting.

I discovered Etsy via a friend of my youngest sister, she sold hair clips on her site. I read and compared notes and finally tossed in my hat and set up shop. My biggest fear was the payment aspect of the business, taxes and filing my reports: I am still learning today. My second fear was shipping to my customers and costs associated, as I live in a rural area. Shipping is an iffy business, as we don't have FedEx or UPS in our town, just the local Post Office and in this economy, those hours and services are limited.

So far I enjoy Etsy, and I continue to market at various shows, not as much because of the exposure on my site as well as Facebook. I hope to increase my sales internationally and its wonderful to provide my customers with a little bit about my culture and significance of my creations.

    I grew up in Northern Arizona and my Mom taught me how to provide for my family. I learn to weave Navajo rugs with various designs and beading in various forms. I have two adult college educated daughters and 2 high school teenage boys.

Yá'át'ééh! 'All is well', traditional Dine' Greeting. I enjoy creating native jewelry and each one is distinct, unique and one-of-a-kind. Composing with various gems, such as turquoise, white shell, abalone, jet and many more, is an experience enjoyed by few. Many of the natural materials I use have cultural significance and most are noted in the creations listings.

As a Dine' woman, my passion lies with using the natural stones, many are shaped and colored as Mother Earth intended, therefore making each product One-of-a-Kind.

Returns and exchanges
I will issue a refund if for any reason I am unable to complete the item: example if a material is broken or flawed and can not be replaced. I will contact the customer, in case it can be replaced by an item that is of equal value.

I normally do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem, I will consider accepting a return and issuing a refund minus the shipping costs. I do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items or custom orders or if product is lost and/or broken while in purchasers possession.

I am not responsible for any damages the item might receive once it is in possession of the postal service. If you are concerned about this, contact me before purchasing to request shipping insurance.
I accept PayPal and credit cards via Etsy, in person transactions, cash is acceptable. Payments that are posted via Paypal in 3 days will be shipped, after 3 days of non-payment or communication, I will cancel the sale. Problems with payment? Please contact me.

Should there be any reason why I can't ship an item, I will cancel an order and provide a full refund of payment and shipping costs paid by customer. It has happened that in creation, I have dropped a one-of-a-kind pendant and it broke. In the time that I have had this shop, it happened once. If there is another arrangement that can be met, I am open to that.

DOMESTIC ORDERS asking to ship items internationally, all shipping fees needs to be paid in full. if order is place in the USA and it is being shipped internationally, international shipping is required. If international shipping is not paid, item will not ship. After 3 attempts to resolve this shipping charge, I will cancel the order, minus 15% of product(s) costs. International shipping is at least 4 times more than Domestic and I do not provide shipping costs.
All orders will be shipped to address listed on invoice, please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

Purchases are shipped via US Postal Service, First Class Mail, or First Class International Mail. Shipping is normally within 1 to 3 days after payment is posted, some items will require composing at time of order - therefore will require a day or few days, but you will be notified.

Customers may contact me at time of purchase, if upgrade in shipping is required, or if insurance is required.

Shipping notifications will be emailed. Confirmation numbers will be emailed to customers, as provided by USPS. Insurance is not included, unless customers request it and is payable by customer, please contact me. Once I ship am item, I am not responsible for it.

FREE SHIPPING: Products marked with FREE SHIPPING is ONLY for domestic shipping in the Continental USA.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders outside of the continental United States will require additional costs, if you do not see your country in my shipping list, it is only because I have not shipped there yet. Please inbox me your purchase intent, so that I may confirm the shipping costs. Inbox your address, and I will look up the rates and adjust the listing for you...

If a customer orders a gift in the US and asks to ship to another country but does not select the right shipping fees, item will not ship until the full shipping fee is paid in full. 3 attempts will be made and if not resolved, I will refund minus 15% of total item(s) purchased.

Customers are responsible for customs fees and charges that are applied by their country for imports. I will not mark the customs form as a gift, as this is illegal for me to do.

*I recycle shipping mailers/materials whenever possible, to make an effort to leave as little a footprint as possible on our environment.

You have my guarantee that each item is Dine' made by me or someone in my shop. Please keep in mind that the gemstones, and materials are natural as Mother Nature created and may have slight imperfections or flaws as may be in the fixed metal work.

Photographs have slight variations from the actual piece dependent upon lighting, settings, and camera functionality. Also, please keep in mind that all forms of technology will vary in settings, and quality as well.
