4 out of 5 starsThe tag itself doesnt absorb the essential oils well. It was more effective to just put the oils on my dogs collar. Im pretty disappointed, but at least its a pretty cute design. --- Edit to say that she gave me a refund without me asking for it. I admit I shouldve just talked to them instead of hotheadedly writing a negative review first. Great customer service. They explained that they wouldve helped me with my problems if I had messaged them first, so now I wish I had done that instead. My mistake!
