Ready To Ship Items: Please notify me within 3 days of delivery with your intent to return an item. Item must be shipped back in a timely manner and must arrive undamaged. Please note that your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item. I accept all returns on ready to ship items!

Custom Items Made For You: If it is a piece I carry as regular inventory in my shop I will accept a return with the same terms as ready to ship items.

If the piece is custom made and designed for you specifically: In most cases I will not accept a return on these items. There is a cost to designing and purchasing supplies specifically for a custom order that cannot be recovered. You can ask me though and I will consider it.

Earring Loss: Please note that I cannot always fabricate a lost earring. Making a pair is much easier than fabricating a match for a piece already made. In most cases I will charge the full retail price and send you a pair rather then make one. Also consider that the materials may no longer be available such as stone choices etc.

Broken Chains: I will replace chains that break for no apparent reason. I will extend this offer for the first 6 months of purchase. After 6 months I charge only the cost of materials/supplies for replacement. I do need the original chain delivered to me for recycling.

Losses: In most cases together we can locate a missing package. Please be patient as the post office is very difficult to work with and it may take a week for them to contact me about a particular case. Often times the package has been delivered to a neighbor or shows up even after it indicated delivered. We will work together but if the package shows as delivered I cannot be responsible for the cost.

Customized Items on Etsy: Within 7-10 business days to ship. Please note that I cannot control how long it takes to arrive as it is out of my control once it leaves my hands. The US Post Office has not filled my request for a direct line to their office!

Custom Orders : We will discuss as we discuss what the item will be and how long it will take. Currently taking very few custom orders as I have an 11 month old and am not able to work regular hours.

Priority Mail Upgrade Within the USA: I charge an additional $5 for priority flat rate envelopes. This covers the additional time it takes to package and deliver to the post.

Delivery Confirmation is available on your Etsy Page under your purchases. I add the number upon shipping so you can check on your package.

Insurance: You are responsible for requesting and adding insurance to your package. I will give you a quote on the cost. Orders over $300 get automatic insurance included at no additional charge.
I am not responsible for packages showing as delivered.

International Customs: I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional fees that might be incurred through processing. I will assist you with finding your package after 30 days for international orders as often times it is just delayed and not lost.

I stand behind my work and each piece that I fabricate. Please contact me directly with any problems you might have with a piece of jewelry and I will assist you in resolving it.

Cleaning: Please keep your jewelry in a plastic bag if you are going to wear it for a length of time. It slows down the tarnishing process. If you ever need a piece cleaned and polished back to it's original luster please con act me and I will give you shipping instructions. I charge a nominal fee for my time. It's usually quite small.

Payment Plans: I want my work to be obtainable for anyone with a desire to purchase. I am open to payment plans. Please contact me with your particular request.
