5 out of 5 starsThe setup came out perfectly. I was able to utilize the spandex covers to apply the lettering without any issues. Although this was the only cover option available at the time, it worked very well. I assembled the arch the night before the event, and the lettering remained secure throughout the event without peeling or losing adhesion.

5 out of 5 starsThe vinyl worked out perfectly for a Client event I did. I did the impossible and got the vinyl to stay on a fabric backdrop cover. The seller explicitly says not to use on fabric and would agree NOT to attempt unless you are very experienced with applying vinyl to fabric. It’s time consuming, but to me, I’d rather spend the time painstaking time than paint or use wood backdrops which result in the same time. Overall my Client and I were so happy with how this turned out!

Are wall decals removable? Are they reusable?
Yes, indoor vinyl is removable. We use the highest quality indoor vinyl on the market, and it removes easily by simply peeling it back off very SLOWLY. The heat of a hair dryer on low just beforehand will soften the vinyl for easier removal. They should not leave behind any residue or damage paints.
No, die-cut vinyl decals are not reusable. They cannot be reused, or moved/re-positioned. They are a one time use only.
Will my order arrive before a certain date?
The estimated arrival dates shown at the time your order is placed, are auto-generated by Etsy and not my shop. First class and Priority shipping are not guaranteed arrival before any certain date by the post office, therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery by any certain date as well. If you need the decal quickly, we recommend selecting the upgraded UPS shipping option at checkout. UPS is MUCH MORE RELIABLE and QUICKER than USPS.
Please keep in mind that while we can make and ship your order ASAP, there is always a chance of a delay or lost package during transit. If this occurs, we will send you information needed to submit a claim for a full refund with Etsy through the Customer Protection Program.
Do you send proofs?
We only send proofs upon request. Proofing is very time consuming and in order to keep our super fast turnaround time and get you your order asap, we don't offer proofs as a standard practice. However, we will send one if you request one. Be aware that if you prefer a proof, production of your order will not be able to start until proofs are approved. Please be sure that you are signed up to receive convos and notifications through the convo system here on etsy to keep this seamless and so as not to halt production/processing of orders.
I'm not sure if vinyl will stick to my wall/surface. Do you offer sample decals?
Yes, we do offer sample decals to test with prior to making a purchase. We also offer color samples. These are free of charge, and all you need to do is send us a convo to request. Please include your name, mailing address, and the colors you are interested in seeing.
We offer these test decals and color samples free of charge to our buyers because we want you to be thrilled with your decal purchase. Since we offer these at no charge/risk to buyers, we cannot be responsible for decals not adhering, or colors not matching your decor after placing an order. If you want to be certain on adhesion and colors, we highly suggest requesting samples before placing an order.
My order shipped several days ago and it's not here yet. Can you tell me where it is?
All orders are are mailed via the USPS unless you've upgraded to UPS shipping at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped, and it will contain your tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time with this number at USPS.com or UPS.com.
Unfortunately, the scans are not always an accurate representation of where your package is. We've seen domestic orders take 2 full weeks to deliver, though this is rare, thankfully. If your package has not arrived by the estimated arrival date shown at checkout, we will send you the information to submit a claim for a full refund, and you are welcome to place a new order for a replacement decal. Again, you'll receive a full refund for the 1st order.
What is included with my purchase?
Unless specifically stated in the listing, all orders come with the following:
- Vinyl decal
- Step-by-step, easy to follow instructions on how to apply your decal
- Test decal
*all other decor displayed in sample photos are NOT included with purchase. This includes flowers, frames, whiteboards, party backdrops, party decor, etc... We ONLY offer the decals.
Will your decals stick to my type of walls?
Our vinyl decals will adhere to almost any smooth surface including walls, windows, glass, mirrors, finished woods, laptops, plastics, tiles, and more! The decals will adhere to slightly textured walls.
** Important note: Interior grade vinyl decals have been found to have lower adhesion levels with some types of VOC free paints and/or paints containing stain blockers and even primer/paint all in one. If you are worried you have this type of paint, we advise you to refer to our instruction sheet which will come with your order, and will give you detailed instructions on how to prepare the area for a smoother application process.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the customized and made to order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. (Initials, names, sizes, colors, and fonts selected are all customizations that make your order especially for you!) We hold no stock. All orders are custom cut after order is placed. We cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has started.
What type of decals do you offer? What brand of vinyl do you use?
Our decals are die-cut, meaning the designs/letters are cut out of solid color rolls of vinyl. They contain NO background or clear outline around them. They are applied with a sheet of transfer tape that is later removed. Die-cut decals are very different than printed decals where inks are used on a clear background.
We use Oracal brand vinyl for our decals. We also use the Oratape transfer tape that is specifically designed to work with Oracal brand vinyl. These are the highest quality materials in the industry.
Will my Decal Stick to Fabric/Spandex Arch Covers?
The decals can be a little tricking when trying to apply them to fabric/spandex arch covers. While some customers have tried and have had success, there have been a few who have not, which is why we don't recommend fabric of any kind. If you decide you'd like to try the decal on your fabric cover, and that is all you have, we do have some suggestions to hopefully help your application process be successful.
1. Use a lint roller on the area you are going to place the decal, to clear it of any debris.
2. Make sure the cover is on the arch so that it's fully stretched.
