ATTENTION>>>>I am leaving on a long trip and will be back April 29, 2024. I will have internet and will be able to answer questions, but not ship. I will resume shipping on April 29, 2024. Nothing that is purchased from today, April 3, 2024 will be shipped until April 29 2024.
I use new bubble wrap, peanuts, and boxes. I also sometimes use recycled shipping boxes (like Amazon boxes, etc) and newspaper. If any of those things bother you-like you hate peanuts or must have new or recycled boxes, tell me and I will adjust my shipping practices for you. It might require an upcharge to use all newspaper to pack since it is heavier, but I will do as you ask. You just have to ask.
Please note! I ship securely. I provide you with a tracking number that you can track on the website of the shipper. I have no control over the rates.

Please NOTE:
I use the USPS and sometimes Fedex or UPS domestically and the USPS internationally. I am not responsible for how long shipping and delivery takes in either case. I provide a tracking number and that tracking number provides you with the same information that I get from the shipper. I cannot hurry packages up or pinpoint their location in the millions of moving packages in these unprecedented times, no matter how hard I wish I could. Waiting is the only game in town. Also you can request insurance to guard against losses which I will add at your request before shipping.
If you buy an item with free shipping, return shipping is not also free unless I have done something significantly wrong. Further, your refund will be subject to the deduction of the outbound shipping cost, unless the fault is mine.
Also for free shipping, I consider Fedex Home Delivery or UPS to be equivalent to USPS Parcel Post and may use either.
Any returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No money will be refunded unless you return the item to me in the exact condition that it arrived to you when you are asking for a refund.
If your item arrives damaged, I will file the insurance but I will need photos of the box as it arrived and the item as it arrives. Don't discard anything until the claim is settled.
Did you know that you can receive daily updates of the mail that is coming to you (In the USA only)? Go to USPS.com and sign up for a my usps account and they will email you scans of that day's mail so you can see what is supposed to be in the mailbox daily. They will also text you with tracking numbers of packages that are being mailed to you as soon as the tracking numbers are created. That way you can keep track of what is coming to you!
I have a non harassment policy. If you harass me, I will block you. I have 0 tolerance and when I ask you to stop, stop. It is sad that I have to write this here, but the stress levels in this world right now are so high that people go crazy over a $12.99 item and I am just not going to take it.
I do not ship to PO Boxes or any other type of blind shipping in the state of NH. Those will be cancelled. MC ruined it for the rest of you that might be legit.
UNFORTUNATELY, as of 7/1/22 I NO LONGER SHIP TO GERMANY DUE TO Germany’s VerpackG (Packaging Act) WHICH IS TOO COMPLICATED FOR INDIVIDUAL SELLERS TO COMPLY WITH. I support reduce/reuse/recyle, but am not going to pay extra to get special boxes.
