Shipping
SHIPPING is typically done via USPS postal service. All packages are shipped with insurance and confirmation. I ship all packages from MONDAY-THURSDAY. Items purchased FRIDAY-SUNDAY and on holidays will ship the next scheduled business day. I will choose the best shipping method based on the amount that was quoted in the auction listing. Combined shipping is offered on all auctions to save you money and you should see this posted in each listing. **Please note that if your item is returned to me by USPS as undeliverable as addressed or for any other reason if you want the item reshipped then the buyer is RESPONSIBLE for any additional costs on reshipment, I am NO LONGER offering INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

FURNITURE SHIPPING: We offer local pickup of furniture in Houston (the 77046 area), Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Sealy and other points in-between for a nominal FEE of $20.00. Once the item is purchased, send me a conversation letting me know in which area you prefer to meet and good dates and times. I will respond with an available date and time and suggested specific location.

We also offer insured shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx at the cost reflected in the listing. We research all three options to find the most economical shipping rate as the rates vary by destination. If the actual shipping cost is less than the listed rate, we will refund you the difference. We are not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. Please check your delivery and discuss any damage with the carrier; however, I will assist you to the best of my ability with the filing of any claims.

Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS are ONLY accepted if the item received was not as described in the listing and not for buyers remorse or lack of asking questions/ lack of reading the listing. I will happily accept a return within 10 days from the date of receipt in the original condition for a full refund of the original purchase price and original shipping. I DO NOT REFUND for return shipping. Any refund given will be issued in the same form as payment was made. I attempt to describe all items accurately to the best of my ability but unintentional mistakes can occur. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to convo me.

I would like to thank all of my buyers and customers for taking the time to leave me feedback. When you leave feedback it lets me know that you received your item and are happy with it! Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal. If there is a problem with your purchase I ask that you contact me before leaving low star rated feedback so I can do my best to resolve the issue. It is not fair to me if you leave feedback and did not even contact me to let me know there was an issue.
