Payment
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Delivery
I currently work with manufacturers located in the United States, who produce each order just for you. When the order is placed, it can take up 3-7 business days for your order to ship directly from the United States.
For US Domestic Orders, delivery can take to 4-14 days via USPS once the order has shipped.
For International Orders we use DHL Global Mail and delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks, delivered by your local postal service, once the order has shipped. Once your package passes through customs it will be delivered by your local post office.
These ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed.
I apologize for any inconvenience but I currently do not offer express shipping methods.

International packages: YOU are responsible for the CUSTOMS FEES that you might incur when a package is shipped or imported into your country! This will likely be charged to you at the post office in order to pick up your item. Please note that I do NOT pay these fees and the fees can vary widely by country, the package weight, or contents.
If you are unsure of your country's import/ customs fees, please contact your local postal service prior to placing an order. Please note I will NOT accept returns if you choose to not pay your import fees!

Production Times
All of my items are produced on demand to ensure the best possible quality. Because of this, it can take up to 10 business days for your order to be ready to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at this point with a link to track your order.

Custom and personalized orders
Most of the designs you see in my shop can be customized and personalized at no additional cost. You may ask for a different color scheme or you may add your name, initials, logo or text on the item you wish to purchase. I will prepare the design and send it to you for approval.
Sizing details
The size of the products is the only thing that CAN'T be customized due to the nature of printing process.
Can the design be placed on a different item?
All of the designs in my shop can be placed and printed on any of the items for sale. If you like a design but don't see it on a specific item that you are interested in, send me a message. I will adapt the design for your product and send you a mock-up image of what the item would look like.
Average Delivery Times
Once you place your order, you can expect your products in the mail within:
*USA: 4-14 days, delivered by the USPS.
*International: 2-4 weeks, delivered by DHL Globalmail .
Return Policy
Please be sure of your purchase before buying, because of the custom nature of the work, returns are not encouraged. Ask as many questions as you want prior to placing an order.
I accept replacements if the item arrives damaged or with bad quality print such as mixed colors, missing areas, etc. In such a case you need to contact me in 3 days after receiving the package and to send me photos of the item which indicate clearly the problem with it.
