Still waiting for my money to be returned. I never received items I ordered, and never heard back from seller after 3 email attempts. Very upsetting experience. Negative stars. But you can't write a review unless you click on at least one star.

Buyer Beware, Do not order from this shop! We ordered a watch from DeliriumMercurial on December 2. It was marked as "Shipped" so that it charged me, but only the shipping label had been printed. The item was never actually sent. I contacted the shop on four different occasions to inquire when it would arrive and got absolutely no response at all. I reported it to Etsy and also disputed the charge through PayPal. Both found the item was never sent. Sellers like this don't belong on Etsy. Deborah Davis

Beautiful piece at a great price. I agree with others, slow to ship but okay if you are not in a hurry. Thanks!

A place for things interesting and odd - vintage watches for men and women, books, vinyl - things fleeting and ephemeral, beautiful and strange. There are no constants here, only bits of imagination, cast-away pieces of unknown lives, things unique, seen once to be seen never again. Here is the magic of attraction, the glamour of acquisition, the spark of discovering a thing so perfectly suited it seems made for you alone. We are merchants of things pulled from dreams, purveyors of accessories to personality. We sell only what we love: old, vintage watches for collectors, men, women, and kids. Vintage books, vintage punk, handmade jewelry, and more.

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
  • Other Method
Payment
We prefer PayPal, though money orders and cash are accepted as well. Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase or item will be relisted as unsold. Money order purchases will not ship until money order has been received as verified. Though we accept cash, we discourage sending it through the Postal Service. If you must send cash, send it very well concealed. We are not responsible for cash lost or stolen during transit.
Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, or otherwise noted in a product description, my products ship via USPS Priority Mail. This is the best overall value when considering the trade-off between quick arrival and cost.
Other methods of shipping are available by request, including faster, more expensive, USPS methods, and UPS. I do not ship FedEx, or any other non-governmental carrier except UPS.
If you request an alternative shipping method, I will quote you a price before the item is shipped. I will gladly offer the best shipping price that I am able, but I cannot accept a customer's own shipping quote.
Please remember that shipping prices are for Shipping AND Handling. Generally, I do not include the cost of packing materials or fuel charges when quoting shipping, though both of these things can quickly add up.
So, please do not haggle over shipping prices. I'm not making money off of my shipping, though I don't want to lose money. It's neither fair nor good business for me to have to take a hit on shipping when I'm offering my items at well below their actual value.
I try to be as fair as possible with my customers, but I expect to be dealt with fairly in return. Thanks for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
However, we will gladly refund the purchase price of your item is not as described. Refund is conditional upon receipt of the purchased item at our return address.
Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit or by improper usage. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier regarding the appropriate claims issues. We pack all of our items carefully and securely because we don't like seeing things damaged anymore than the buyer does.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of our items that contain moving parts are sold AS-IS with no guarantee of accuracy or proper functioning. We strive to be as comprehensive as possible regarding areas of concern with our sales, and are always available to provide as much information as possible about an item. However, please be aware that we do not make comprehensive inspections of these items such as a professional watchmaker would. We encourage anyone buying a vintage mechanical or quartz watch online to have it serviced by a competent watchmaker soon after it is received. Routine maintenance is essential to keeping a watch working accurately and dependably.

Also, please remember that Items intended as body adornment are likely to be fragile and require proper storage and care. This is especially true for handmade items, and items of wood, bone, or other natural materials. Most woods, unless sealed with chemical sealants (a practice in which we do not engage), will require periodic maintenance to keep them from drying out due to exposure. We find plain beeswax moisturizes and protects very admirably. Some materials, notably bone and certain woods, will change color to some degree with use. This usually is manifested by a deepening of the color tone, and should not be considered a defect.
