Welcome to Del's Shells! Thank you for looking at my designs. I add new items as inspiration strikes, and every item listed is a handcrafted treasure. The item pictured is always exactly what you will receive.

I do not buy my pearls, or beads in bulk. I use superior and top quality materials, and only use the finest Swarovski crystals in my designs. Each pearl, bead, and finding has been hand selected and inspected before using it in my creations.

Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, please convo or send me an email, and return the item in it's original condition for a refund less the shipping cost.

I accept paypal payments, and credit cards via paypal checkout.
You can pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Your item will be shipped after payment has been made, and verified.

Shipping

Shipping charges cover the shipment of your item(s) and packaging/handling.
I ship to the address on the Paypal invoice.

I ship within 24 hours of purchase except weekends and holidays!

I have shipped on a Saturday morning, and the customer received their package on Monday, and they were three states away!

Packages ship via USPS First Class delivery, which takes between 3 and 5 business days.
I use Delivery Confirmation on every package shipped to a United States address.

I also ship priority mail, depending on weight, which takes 2-3 business days inside the U.S.

Shipping upgrades are available, convo me prior to ordering.

I will convo/email your Delivery Confirmation number to you (US residents) and convo the Customs Declaration number to addresses outside of the USA.

In the event of shipping to other countries, I am not responsible for your countries taxes, levies, customs fees, or duties.
