5 out of 5 starsThe product I bought - the cylinder-style cart storage - needed to be wiped down a little bit after first unpacking it, but that's no big deal at all. They were incredibly kind and gracious enough to send me a new styles they're working on, and it looks pretty cool! Would be nice if the new style could store twice the current capacity, from 4 to 8. As for the cylinder, it's awesome. It's compact, everything fits together effortlessly. I love it.

We are a small home based 3d printing and Design Services. We love 3D printing and take pride in our prints and print quality of our machines. 3d printing is more than just printing the object. We understand that and take steps to ensure that the objects being printed are properly positioned and sliced correctly for a strong and beautiful print.

Returns and exchange details
Should your item happen to arrive damaged I do offer a 7-day free repair option. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible the free repair.
Please send a picture of the item damage.
If the item breaks the first time it is used within 14 days of receiving it. Please send a picture of the item damage and we will send you a new item.
Custom orders are non-refundable due to the specific nature of the pieces.
Payment
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days upon completion of payment. All Items are shipped by the United States Postal Service, via flat rate priority. Each package is shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please make sure your current address is the one going on the invoice. If you want to upgrade the shipping please contact us prior to your purchase so we can make the appropriate changes to your shipping cost.
International
Please note that you are responsible for taxes and fees imposed by your country. For shipping to other countries not listed- please contact us if you are in interested in purchasing.

You are free to request insurance for your order please convo me prior to making payment and I will adjust shipping cost.
