If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send a conversation within 7 days of receiving your delivery, so that we can work out a solution. Should you need to return your item due to a buyer error or personal reason there will be a 10% restocking fee (not including shipping charges, which will not be refunded).

Should your item happen to arrive damaged I do offer a 7-day free repair option. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible the free repair.
Please send a picture of the item damage.

If the item breaks the first time it is used within 14 days of receiving it. Please send a picture of the item damage and we will send you a new item.

Custom orders are non-refundable due to the specific nature of the pieces.

Payment should be made at time of purchase, if payment is not received within 3 days of your purchase and we have not heard from you, your order will be canceled and the item re-listed.

Domestic
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days upon completion of payment. All Items are shipped by the United States Postal Service, via flat rate priority. Each package is shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please make sure your current address is the one going on the invoice. If you want to upgrade the shipping please contact us prior to your purchase so we can make the appropriate changes to your shipping cost.

International
Please note that you are responsible for taxes and fees imposed by your country. For shipping to other countries not listed- please contact us if you are in interested in purchasing.

Insurance
You are free to request insurance for your order please convo me prior to making payment and I will adjust shipping cost.
