Please notice: I feel very bad when my buyers have problem to receive their packages.
Even so; It did not take responsibility for lost packets on the road/mail if: the tracking information shows that the packet was received in the mail and is on track no matter where the tracking information ends, sometimes and really, I don't not why the tracking information remains for several days in the same place.
Please in this case take action calling or going to your postal office to ask for your package, I will do the same for you at my local post office
