Returns and exchange details
If you receive an item damaged, or you feel is not as described please let us know, we will do our best to make it right. You have 14 days to contact us for information on how to send back your item. All customized items cannot be returned.
Buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable,.
Items must be returned to us via a trackable and insured service. If for some reason we decide to take a return from a non-EU resident a 30% restocking fee will apply.
For larger more expensive orders we ship via First Class with insurance.
Priority shipping is an option.

International orders: we are not responsible for any GST, tariffs or taxes, or delays with customs. When ordering internationally, buyer understands rules and regulations for import customs in their home country.
