Announcement   Welcome! If you love animals and color, you'll find plenty of both!

I knew I wanted to be an artist from a very young age. I wanted to draw horses, as I had been bitten by the horse bug. I love books of all sorts and as a child i was especially inspired by the illustration art.

I love color, from soft and delicate to bright and vibrant hues. I haven't meet too many colors I don't like (but yes, there are some! :) Sometimes I work in a realistic style, other times more of an abstract or impressionist way. Sometimes I carefully plan out what the piece will be, sometimes things are more spontaneous and I just pick up a pencil or brush and start out without anything specific in mind. Sometimes something worthy comes out of it, other times it's pretty awful, but the process is always enjoyable.

If you have a favorite breed or creature that's captured your heart you don't see here, please drop a note and let me know. Your questions and comments are always welcome, I really enjoy hearing from people!

Don't see a print in a size you want? Most of these prints are available in other sizes. If there is a print you're interested in but want it in a different size, please let me know. Are you looking for an original painting? Sometimes I have the original paintings of the prints in my store available. If I don't, it is often possible to re-do a similar painting.

Don't hesitate to send a convo, I enjoy getting to know people! I"m on Twitter - @denisevery - and I have a Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/everydenise.

Thank you thank you!!! Your art is stunning! All pieces have a place of honor between my and my brother's homes. Will definitely order again! Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

I love how these coincidently remind me of my cats old and new all together. I'll be back for the print that resembles my two new Coon kittens. Thank you!

About

Art, Color, Animals!

Some of the things that mean the most to me are my art and my animals. I wanted to be an artist since my earliest memories, so I could draw horses. Animals and art have been my joy and my inspiration. One of the things I love about having a presence on Etsy is the opportunity to "meet" people from all over, whom I would never have had a chance to me in "real life." It is an honor when someone asks me to paint a portait of a beloved animal, and a true pleasure when someone says that my art has brought a smile to them.

    Owner, It's Just Me!, Artist

I'm an artist in upstate New York. Whether it is an original painting or print, all my items are handmade by me in my studio. I don't use any manufacturers and never outsource anything.

  • Pippa, She's a Pip

    Eater Of Paintbrushes

Pippa's job it to chew up anything within reach. She makes sure I keep things tidy.

  • Indigo Blue (Indy)

    Muse

What a great name for an artist's dog! Indy's job is to remind me to enjoy the simple things in life and take time for myself, enjoy a good bone, find a comfy spot on the sofa, and be happy. OK, maybe not the bone part, I'll leave that for her. :)

Manufacturers

  • New Vibe

    Florida, United States

I've worked with New Vibe since 2014. New Vibe is the only company that I entrust to reproduce my art. The products they make are of very high quality. They take the utmost care with production. I'm very happy and satisifed with their work.

Art is an essential, perhaps not the most basic of needs, but it surely comes right next in line. Who could imagine a life without art to express one's heart and soul, to communicate in colors and shapes and lines, and yet without words, a universal language. For me, art is an expression of what I love, a way to share my inner world (as whacky as it might seem at times) with others.
