3 out of 5 starsSo I don’t have any issues with shipping or anything like that just the appliance makes my teeth look like horse teeth. And there is a no refund policy so now I’m stuck with horse teeth that I will never wear. So out $600+

You will NOT recive your final product in two to three weeks as the item states clear as day in the package, you will RATHER be askes for an Additional $800 to $1000 for the product that you thought you agreed to. Then to make it all worse the seller will Continue to harass you despite asking for a refund and no other contact. This seller is full of excuses and will say anything to avoid resposiblity. Report and avoid.

2 out of 5 starsBought hawley retainer for upper and lower arches - total $478 - upon receiving the retainers I was very underwhelmed. The wire of the upper retainer made no contact with my teeth, and the lower retainer stabbed into my gums. I reached out to the seller to get adjustment. (Their refund/adjustment policy: https://dentallab-direct.com/refund-policy) I paid another +$17 to ship the retainers to fix them. After receiving the adjusted appliances, the lower retainer no longer was causing me pain when wearing them, but the wire of the upper retainer was too loose and still did not make any contact with my teeth. I am not confident that the appliance would retain my teeth and plan on going to an orthodontist. Expensive lesson learned for me. Two stars for customer service/at least shaving the lower retainers down.
