Had to wait almost a week for someone to reply to messages and received the wrong color. I would highly recommend ordering from a different shop. I had a lot of trouble getting the shop to message me back for almost a week and needed the towel by a specific date for a special event. After 6 days I finally got a reply, and I did receive the towel the day before the event. HOWEVER, it was the wrong color and there was no time to get what I actually ordered. The shop did refund half of my money, but the customer service was severely lacking from start to finish, in my opinion. Honestly, I felt like they couldn't have cared less about the entire situation.

No better people to work with than family and friends.
I started my Etsy store after a few years of being in business as a local screen printer. I had always wanted a clothing line and found Etsy to be an awesome tool to help me do that. We have been at it now for a few years and have had the good fortune of hiring on family and friends to help fill roles as we grow and get busier. Etsy has changed the nature of my business and has allowed me to turn my dream of starting a family business into a reality.
Everyone of us have multiple roles, all which cross over and allow us to jump in and help out whoever needs a hand. It's fun to come to work knowing that you trust your team more than anyone. We work hard for ourselves and each other, all while laughing, yelling, joking, and sometimes fighting. It comes with the territory of working with family and friends. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Prior to starting her own line, Carolyn worked as a Creative Director for Timeless Tat2, a Graphic Designer for Enemy Ink and a Motion Graphics lab instructor for Full Sail University. Her dream was always to start her own company.

As soon as Jim graduated from Pratt University with a degree in ceramics, he joined his sister's business as the second member of the new family business. Carolyn and Jim's partnership turned the business focus from local to global.

Our younger brother Chris join the family biz once he graduated from Rutgers University. Chris started out washing screens, rhinestudding jeans, and became the self proclaimed slowest screen printer. Chris now heads up the shipping dept.

Mandy started out as part time help during our busy season and quickly proved herself as a HBIC. The most organized person in our shop by far, Mandy is our Customer Service Director and Shipping and Handling Supervisor and business advisor.
Mom, Clothing Alterations, Packaging/Shipping
Mom joined the family business to work alongside her 3 kids as a jean and clothing alterer. She cuts, studs, washes and bleaches our denim line as well as packages, ships and handles. Mom is the hardest workin' lady in show biz.
Lauren is one of Carolyn's cousins who started out helping us out during our busy season, but proved herself to be on point and totally OCD which is exactly what a shipper needs to be. Organized and awesome Lauren found her place within our team.
Web Master, Online Guru
Carolyn met Gladys at Full Sail University. Both majored in Digital Media and were the only two girls in their class. These two have teamed up once again! Gladys builds whatever online structure the business needs to function and manage our orders.

International orders are shipped via First Class mail. We cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date for international orders; Shipping has sometimes taken up to 1 month or longer.

They are also NOT included in the shipping cost! You must check with your customs office for fees, tax and delay information. International orders please order at your own risk!!!!
WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DELAYS WITH SHIPPING ONCE WE DROP YOUR ITEM OFF AT THE SHIPPING FACILITY. We have no control over delivery once the package is in the hands of USPS.
--Packages that are returned to us by USPS will be re-sent once additional postage is purchased, or we will provide a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES OR FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE MARKED "DELIVERED" BY USPS.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

You can! If you see a design your like but don't see it offered on the style shirt you want, feel free to reach out to us. We're happy to work with customers to create a piece they love! Regarding back prints, since orders are screen printed, it's often easy for us to print in different locations. Just message us your thoughts and we'll see what we can do for you!
I need this sooner! Do you offer RUSH shipping?
Typically we are able offer rush shipping, but we ask that you message us before you place an order to make sure we are able to accommodate your specific request!
When will I receive my order? What shipping method do you use?
Orders are currently ready to ship in 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and custom orders are 1-2 weeks from the date they are ordered.
