Hi, we're so happy you're here! Before ordering, please read our shop's policy. If you want additional photos or videos of any stone, send us a message, and we'll be happy to connect you to the perfect crystal.

Please allow 2-4 full business days (does not include federal holidays & weekends) for your order to be processed. We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, so we appreciate your patience. Most free shipping orders are shipped via. First Class Mail which has a 2-6 business day time period. When you purchase shipping, it is recommended that you include insurance, as it does not come with First Class Mail. If the seller pays for the shipping, they will include insurance. For quicker shipping, you can select Priority or Express Mail at checkout for an additional cost.

Some of our items are intuitively selected. With these items, we take photos that best represent the bulk of our inventory. Every stone is unique. Shapes, colors, and patterns vary based on lighting and background. We welcome you to leave a note in the order if you have a specific request. We will do our best to find you a stone that best matches. We are also happy to send photos to you before purchasing. Just send us a message, and we will be glad to connect you to the perfect crystal!

In the event of a return or exchange, we will issue a paid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund, as it is the buyer's responsibility for the return postage. Additionally, order over $100 is subject to signature release and tracking.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us ASAP, and we will make it right. Occasionally we may ask for a photograph to confirm the problem. We may al o need a photo of any damaged items/packaging to file a claim with the postal service, so please hold onto your packaging.
