The collar came quick for my GSD. At first, she didn't know what to do with it, then after a couple of minutes, she started prancing around with it on. The quality is amazing, and built very nicely. The only thing, I would say for the shop, is to have a very short video of how the bells sound. I have no problem with the sound of the collar - but would like to have heard it before buying it. Overall, I would buy another collar from this shop again. The shop owner did a great job! Thank you!
