Custom and personalized orders
We do accept custom size requests depending on feasibility of product design. Cost for product and shipping for customized orders will vary from the cost of original product and will be quoted on enquiry. We do not accept cancellation and return for customized products for change of mind requests.
When will I get my order?
Most products are Handmade and are made on order confirmation. Orders are usually crafted within 3 days (unless there are items which need extra time to craft) and are then delivered to most capital city locations within 7-9 business days, and to most regional areas within 7-12 business days. There can be some delays in crafting/delivery during festive season due to increase in demand and public holidays. Delivery times are dependent on courier service.
Sizing details
All products are hand cut and hand painted thus there is chance when there is repeat order size may differ marginally. Difference margin will be hard to notice as in 99.99% time it is 2mm to 10mm difference. If the size differs more than 10mm from the size in the listing please dont hesitate to contact us.
Colour variance
All products are hand cut and hand painted thus there is chance when there is repeat order color may differ marginally. If the color differs significantly from the pictures in the listing please dont hesitate to contact us.
Please also note color representation is dependent on the screen you are using to view and purchase product, as all screens produce colours differently.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes we can facilitate the design and crafting based on your requirement. We will advise you of concerns if any. Please note: once the design and price is paid we will not be able to cancel order.
Transit Damage and Shipping with Transit Insurance
Standard Shipping does not come with Transit Insurance, which implies that DesiEssence4u will not be liable for any damage caused in transit.
Standard Shipping with Insurance and Express Shipping: Comes with transit insurance. Damage will be assessed and refund will be processed based on extent of transit damage. You may have to provide pictures of packaging and product for assessment.
