Words. Words. Words.

(Hamlet, Act 2, Scene 2)

Words matter a lot to me. They can be funny, memorable, meaningful, touching, or - anything really. I love the ability to stamp because it lets me pay tribute to all the words that matter to me and to create things using the words that matter to others.

My favorite thing to stamp is scripture - there's an endless treasure trove of Bible verses that lift me up and remind me what life is all about. But then, literature brings out the everyday experiences of life, and I connect to those as well. My pop culture pieces are often humorous - things that make me laugh again and again.

But besides all that, I love to stamp custom work. I love to stamp verses, quotes and messages picked not by me - but by you. I love getting to know individuals and seeing what is important to people I don't know - be they across the country, around the world, or just down the corner. Bringing a tiny piece of your passion to life gives me fire and drives me to create more.

There aren't enough hours in the day for the ideas in my head. I wish I could read, write, create all the time, but sometimes I get stuck living life - the mundane along with the thrilling. It's a trip, no matter where it takes me, and I love creating memories along the way that perfectly express what I want to say about my experience.

    I'm a work from home mom who spends most of my time either making things, playing with my daughter, or volunteering at church. I do the mundane cleaning, cooking, etc, but none of those bring me joy like my family, my creations, and God.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I am more than happy to refund the cost of your item if you are unhappy for any reason, as long as you return the item to me. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized items - due to the nature of the item, I'm afraid I cannot issue refunds. If you feel there is a flaw with my product, please contact me and we can discuss solutions. Please make sure you have double checked all spelling/dates in our conversations.

If your item was stamped incorrectly, I will be happy to restamp and resend at no cost. (I do make mistakes!)

Holidays - Items shipped around holidays are sent using the USPS guidelines. Occasionally USPS misplaces an item and the item is delayed beyond my control, missing the holiday. Should this occur (with proof of tracking said item), purchase price will be refunded if requested.
Payment
I accept direct checkout, paypal, money orders, and personal checks. However, if you send a check, I'll wait for the check to clear before starting on your project.

I also love trading (just about anything except jewelry), so if you run your own shop here, ask me! Depending on how busy I am, I'd love to trade!
Shipping
I ship via USPS. It usually takes just a few days to ship anywhere in the US. International shipping can take a week up to a month depending on your location. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, which is provided to you when the item is shipped. Pennies are shipped in organza bags. All other items are packaged in kraft boxes and tied with a ribbon (great for gifts!).

International buyers are responsible for any custom fees on their end. I am unable to mark your item as "gift" rather than "merchandise"
Additional policies and FAQs
CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME:
It's currently taking me about 2 weeks to get orders finished and shipped out. Including the shipping time, I'd estimate up to 2-3 weeks from your order to the item arriving in your hands. Please be aware when ordering for holidays/events! (Again, shipping can be rushed if you'd like to cover the cost - just let me know.)

RESELLING: All my items are made for individuals - NOT for resale. I do NOT offer discounts for boutiques, re-sellers or wholesalers. Nor are my items supplies to be used to make other creations and be marked up to the customer. I price them fairly and appreciate retaining control of my business. Thanks for your interest; please look elsewhere.

STAMPING ON THE BACK OF ITEMS: Sorry, I cannot stamp the back of most of my items - the metal is too thin and the force of the blow will cause an imprint on the reverse side.

PENNY YEARS: I currently have 1930-2018. Earlier pennies and (1943) will cost extra - please check listings. I have some Canadian pennies, but not every year - I'm building up my stock. I am willing to find earlier pennies as well if needed. You can request specific years for any of the penny items I offer - please ask!
