How long do I need to wait before I receive the files?
Instant download items can be downloaded as soon as the order is processed. You should be able to download your file under "Purchase & Reviews"
Personalized items will be sent to you via convo within 24-48 hours after the order is processed. Be sure to include your required information under "note to seller" during checkout. If you need an item urgently, you can purchase the "Rush Order" listing under my shop to receive the file within 24 hours.
Do you accept custom order?
Due to personal commitment, I will stop taking custom order until further notice.
Are all of your LLR design HO approved?
All designs indicated with "Home Office Approved" are created based on the Home Office approved fonts and colors.
Do you provide changes to your existing design?
Yes I can provide changes to the personalized design. Minor changes can be done with no extra cost. However if the changes requires more work, a small fee will be charged.

Yes I do provide personalization for instant download order. Do note that a small fee will be charged depending on which listing you wish to personalized.

How do I download my personalized files?
Once the personalization is completed, the final files will be uploaded onto my Google Drive and a download link will be sent to you via convo. The download link will be available for up to a year. Hence, I will recommend to keep a copy of the files on your device.
For instant download file, you can download it immediately after the purchase is made under your account.
