Return

All returns must be approved. Please contact me ASAP if you need to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 2 business of the receipt of the returned package. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% (to cover cost of packing and handling fees) will apply to all returns.

Exchanges

Once the item is shipped, any customer request exchange (different color, different item...) will be at the customer's expanse (all shipping cost, difference in item price).
