Caring for 14K Gold Jewelry
To take the best care of your 14k gold jewelry, avoid bringing your jewelry in contact with everyday chemicals such as hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics. Fine jewelry should also be removed before diving into a chlorinated swimming pool or before using household cleaners. Many of these cleaners contain ammonia, which can be very harsh.
How To Store 14K Gold Jewelry
Proper jewelry storage doesn't get the credit it deserves. Fine jewelry should never be tossed into a drawer or on top of a dresser − that’s asking for scratches and damaged items.
Our 14K gold jewelry pieces come in a beautiful gift box, which is the perfect place to keep them.
U.S. Shipping and Processing Times
Processing an order takes us 1-2 business days.
ALL ORDERS OVER $250 ARE SENT WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED. Make sure to be home to sign for the package.
Shipping times vary depending on which shipping option you choose.
Standard Shipping: Free Shipping using UPS 3 Day Select-shipping time not guaranteed but typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $35 using UPS Next Day Air-guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days.
We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, inaccurate method, any delay caused in transit, and any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”.
Shipping is a service and will not be refunded if items are returned
Shipping Address
Please check that the address you have stored on Etsy is correct before placing your order! If you provide an incorrect address, the item should be returned to seller and customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
