Hello! Thanks for checking out the shop. I'm always up for custom orders. Just convo or email me at crystalsouter [!at] gmail.com for special requests! Most of the styles shown are available in custom lengths. Custom widths are little trickier - for most, 56"w is the widest I can go. Custom orders take up to 5 business days to complete.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of my items, they can vary slighty from the original picture.

Please let me know if your order is a gift, as I send a copy of the receipt in the package (and this might be awkward for a gift recipient!). I'm happy to include a note saying whatever you'd like in the package.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering.

Just to be clear, I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PACKAGES GET LOST BY THE USPS UNLESS YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE.

Shipping Method: USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for what the USPS does to packages, so if you'd like insurance, please let me know BEFORE sending payment. I'm happy to add it on at cost. I am in no way responsible for shipping times, other than shipping promptly in the method you purchased. I do not count any domestic packages lost unless they have not been delivered for 1 month.

Upgrades to priority & overnight are available for an extra fee. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing and I'll add on the extra shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL shipping: First class mail international. Upgrades to Priority & Express International are available for an extra fee.
International shipping is done at your risk. 98% of my orders go through customs and overseas travel just fine, but because it is completely out of my hands once I ship, I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for lost items. I CANNOT be responsible for what the post does to packages. First Class mail International does not come with insurance, so if you'd like insurance, please let me know BEFORE sending payment. I'm happy to upgrade your shipping to Priority with insurance at cost.
Also, be aware that international shipping can take several weeks. I do not count any packages that are slow to arrive lost until it's been 2 months.
I fill out custom forms & as a courtesy to my customers, mark them as a gift so you don't pay additional customs fees.
INTERNATIONAL customers,
Delivery time with first class mail is usually is 2-3 weeks...sometimes less, sometimes more. Delivery time with priority mail is officially 6-10 days (as stated by
the USPS) However, in my experience it often takes 2 full weeks in
transit. If you would like a different form of shipping through the USPS,
please contact me through email or etsy convo's to make special
arrangements.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties,
taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US
postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion
of your local customs officers/post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy, I am not happy.

Refunds are available on regular items only. Custom items are not available for return,

I allow returns on my items for ONE WEEK ONLY after you've received the package. Items kept for more than one week may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY & at my discretion. In these cases, please contact me first to discuss. Items must be shipped back to me at your cost with insurance & in the same or similar packaging. I REFUND PURCHASE PRICE MINUS SHIPPING.
