Will my photo work for a custom design?
Feel free to message us before placing an order to find out if your photo will work for a custom design. If you need help choosing a reference photo we can assist with that, as well!
How long does a custom design take?
Please see the 'Estimated Delivery' date on each product for an estimated timeline. Timelines may vary for different products and art styles. The average time from design to delivery is 2-4 weeks but timelines may be longer during the holidays.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We're committed to providing professional artwork on quality products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with every purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your design you may request as many changes as needed for no additional charge, as long as they are based on the original reference photo and style ordered. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed, or has poor print quality, just let us know and we will send a free replacement right away.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping: 1-5 business days (1-3 days on average)
International shipping: 2-4 weeks minimum (varies by location)
Production of each item takes 2-7 business days in addition to the shipping transit time.
Will I be able to preview my order before my order ships?
Yes! We don't complete any order without approval of the artwork. Your proof(s) will be emailed to the email address used to place the order and you can make changes for free if you don't absolutely love it.
I am having this sent as a gift. Will the prices be included with the order?
You can ship directly to your gift recipient! Our packing slips do not include any pricing or billing details.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! Just include the message when placing your order and we will add it.
How early should I order for Christmas delivery?
The earlier the better! Christmas is our busiest time of year and some art styles may become sold out once we have reached the maximum number of orders we can complete on time. We recommend ordering 4-6 weeks in advance, if possible. Timelines may be longer this year due to COVID-19.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order is lost in transit it will be reshipped free of charge. Please make sure that you provide the correct mailing address. You will be responsible for re-shipping costs if your order is returned. A tracking number is provided for every shipment. Please keep track of your delivery date so you know when your order is being delivered. Package theft is not covered by shipping insurance and we are not able to replace at our expense.
