1️⃣ Can I use the purchased designs for commercial purposes?
Yes, absolutely! You are allowed to use the designs on physical products such as shirts, mugs, signs, etc., and sell them as your own creations. The only restriction is that you may not resell or redistribute the files in digital format, even if modified.
2️⃣ I downloaded the file, but it’s just a PDF that says “Thank you”. Where are my actual files?
Since we offer large bundles at affordable prices, the file size often exceeds Etsy's 100MB limit.
So instead, you’ll receive a PDF with a link to a Google Drive folder. Just click the "Click here" text inside the PDF and you’ll be taken directly to your purchased files.
If you have any issues accessing it, don’t worry — just send us a message and we’ll send the link directly to you 😊
3️⃣ Most shops let me download directly from Etsy. Why are you using Google Drive? Is it safe?
We completely understand your concern — staying on Etsy feels safer. However, because our bundles are large, we need to use an external link.
Rest assured, the Google Drive link is safe, permanent, and always available. You’re still protected under Etsy’s buyer policies, and we’re always just a message away if you need help.

4️⃣ The product says it includes a lot of files, but I can’t see them all in the listing. Will I really get everything?
Yes, absolutely! Whatever amount is written in the listing is what you'll receive.
If you'd like to preview the full set, just send us a message with the product name and we’ll happily share more previews with you.
We don’t post every single design upfront simply because we prefer to spend more time creating new designs than manually uploading hundreds of images 😅
5️⃣ I bought a big bundle, but I can't download it. It fails partway through. What should I do?
Large files can be tricky with slow or unstable internet. A brief connection drop can cancel the whole download.
The best solution is to download files in smaller parts or only what you need for now.
Remember, the Google Drive link is always active — there's no rush!
And if the link ever stops working, just message us — we’ll send you a fresh one right away 🚀
6️⃣ I have a "X" machine, can I use your designs with it?
Since we focus on design creation rather than machine-specific settings, we can't guarantee compatibility with every machine out there.
But good news: we’re happy to send you a sample design to test on your device before purchasing more. Just message us and say, “I’d like to test a sample file.” 💌
7️⃣ Do you accept custom design requests? I have some ideas!
We don’t take on full custom projects at the moment. However, we're happy to help with small edits or adjustments, like adding text to a design or aligning it properly — free of charge!
