I decided to give it one more try and ordered one pj set, never received a order number or shipping information. Said it was to be delivered between a span of three days and never received it & still haven’t.

Embroidery Policy
Please fill out the personalization form once you made the purchase on Etsy. This form will let you enter the details of your order, such as colors, thread type, initials, and names. This form is in the Item details section of the item you are purchasing. Filling this form out correctly will help us process your order in a timely manner.
In an effort to provide fast turn-around time for our customers, we are unable to provide proof for embroidery. Please check our store listings for examples of color combos/ embroidery styles/ embroidery quality.
