I'm so sorry! Once I drop your order off at the post office and you receive the shipping notification email, it is in the USPS's hands and out of my control.

Your order should have come with a tracking number. Please check the shipping email and find the tracking number to see if your order is still in transit or if it says it has been delivered. If it says it has been delivered, please first check with any neighbors to make sure they didn't accidentally receive your mail.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of the ship date, please message me and I will get you taken care of!

If I receive an order that does not list a shadow color in the personalization field, I will reach out to you via Etsy message and ask what color you would like. If I do not hear back from you by the time the "ship by" date comes, I will send your order as a single layer with no shadow. I don't know your color preferences, what you are putting the decal on, etc. and so I don't want to do a color combo you do not like or did not ask for! I hope you understand.

The decals are measured by width (NOT by height) and the width WILL vary depending on the initials, monogram or name. For example, the initials KEB at 5" wide will be about 3" tall, while the initials KB at 5" wide will be 4.5" wide. The initials MHW at 5" wide will be about 2.5" tall, while the initials MW at 5" wide will be 3.2" tall. See how it differs?!
