Unfortunately this item never reached me. After the estimated arrival date I reached out to the seller. The refund was easy, however, I wasted almost 2 weeks waiting on an order that didn’t come. Too bad, because the ears look beautiful.

The quality is just like I expected soft and exactly like the description picture definitely met my expectation although shipping definitely took a bit longer than expected she helped and assured me that I would have my order by my event for my bridesmaid!! They will love them!!

These are the most adorable well made ears I have ever gotten! You can tell they are made carefully with love and probably some magic too ✨ The customer service was absolutley amazing and she went completley out of her way to help me!
