I cannot express how AMAZING the customer service for this product has been. I bought for my own wedding and decided I loved the bookmark in my bouquet so much that I had to buy it for a friend who was getting married. Unfortunately, the item said it was delivered but my friend never found it in her mailbox. I contacted the seller and she was extremely understanding and even made and sent a new one! It shows how much care she puts into every item and I am very appreciative of all the extra effort and help she put in to make sure it arrived before my friend’s wedding.
