DesigningImpressions' Shop Policies
My basic policy is to treat others as I would want to be treated. I want my customers to enjoy their pieces and pass the word to their friends. To that end, customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Convo me with any questions or requests.
Please pay within 3 days for your item, to avoid cancellation of a transaction. Visa and Mastercard via Paypal are accepted.
If your package is being shipped to a North Carolina address, you must pay Sales Tax. Please convo me before you make your payment and I'll send you an updated invoice.
Items are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking number. If you prefer an alternate shipping method, or additional features, please contact me prior to paying, so that we can make arrangements for that. Shipping fees for alternative methods will be adjusted.
Insurance is available and recommended for all items, otherwise, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact me before payment if you want to include insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to me in good condition within 15 days of receipt. You may request a refund, or store credit. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt and inspection of your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Etsy fees will be deducted from the return price.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If your piece is damaged during casual, everyday wear, please contact me for a return, as I will gladly repair it free of charge, for three months.
