Returns and exchanges
In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. The customer will be refunded for the price of the item, minus the cost of the initial shipping.

Custom/altered/personalized items are non refundable and not eligible for exchange.

I do not accept returns unless the item is defective or a workmanship error I will be glad to repair and return the item.
Payment
I accept PayPal payments. You may pay with your credit card thru PayPal without having a PayPal account. I will ship within 1-5 business days AFTER your payment clears. If payment is not recieved within 7 days I will repost the item.

Sorry I can't be held responsible for lost packages, however if you'd like to purchase insurance for your package, please let me know.

International shipping prices are quoted for USPS International First Class mail. Packages should arrive in 1-2
weeks (varies by location). This is the most economical method of shipping, but does not have tracking or
insurance. (This means that once I ship your package I have no further information about it's whereabouts). I have
my receipt as proof of mailing and will NOT be responsible for late or missing packages.

I recommend that you upgrade to priority mail which does have tracking and limited insurance. If you want to upgrade to priority mail

please email me for the rate to your country and i will send a paypal invoice for additional shipping cost.

Internationl buyers, please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be
incurred by their destination country.
