3 out of 5 starsVery cute invitation, but I took two stars off because of printing issues. I had the file professionally printed and each invitation is significant larger than advertised... meaning they did not fit in envelopes of the corresponding size. My options were to buy speciality envelopes that require extra postage or contact the shop for advice. The seller only responded once, and it was just to ask me where I had them printed. I gave the seller over a week to reply again before writing this review. I ended up spending three hours hand trimming them, compromising the design, so they'd fit in envelopes. I've used printable invitations from Etsy for countless events and have never had issues. While the invitation is adorable, I would not buy from this shop again.

I would like to take this moment to address these concerns as accuracy of my descriptions is very important to me. The measurement for this invitation is 5x7" as stated in the item details. In the buyer's message they said that the invitations were too big. I asked where they were printed to determine if the company required different dimensions and based on the buyers response, was able to determine that this was not the case. Therefore, this size difference is not possible unless the printing company set them to a larger size. What is not said above is that in response to my question, the buyer also stated that they had already purchased new envelopes and cut into the design of each invite, which did not allow me a chance to fix the issue. I will absolutely help every one my customers if given the proper opportunity.
