I specialize in personalized vinyl creations and SO much more!
Everything can be customized to fit your needs.

If there is something you're looking for but you don't see it listed please feel free to ask and I will do my best to get you what you need for your special day/occasion. I love custom orders! :)
If you need your order by a certain date please let me know prior to purchasing. Depending on the order size and how soon you need it, a small rush fee may be applied.
If you need a special order item, payment is required prior to me ordering and receiving that item, so please factor that into your time frame.

Payment must be received prior to work beginning on your order. Custom orders are not returnable.

All items are made to order.
Once your order is received, please allow at least 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri) for turn around (not including shipping days).
Business days include: Monday - Friday (4pm-8pm)
Business days no NOT include: Weekends or Holidays.
Please do not use weekends or holidays when calculating the turn around time.

I cannot provide refunds or exchanges as every order is custom made for every customer. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have already been made.

I am not responsible for decal installation errors. I provide a detailed instruction sheet so installation is simple and easy. I can offer replacements at a reduced price, plus shipping, if a photograph of the damaged decal is provided.

To ensure there aren't any delays with your order PLEASE make sure to include ALL necessary information with your payment (please read the item description). If I have to message to clarify a detail it will put your order on hold until a response is received. Thank you :)

Once you receive your item, please come back to Etsy and leave us positive feedback. If you feel that you can't give me positive feedback, please let me know why before you leave me neutral or negative feedback so that I have a chance to make things right first. If I don't know there is a problem then I can't fix it. I'm only human and I do make mistakes from time to time but always strive to fix anything I can.
