Ok folks, here is the long and boring stuff about the new privacy laws that you have probably already read on other websites about a million times by now,

But by law I need to list them and you need to read every word and I will be testing you at the end !

( I'm only joking, only read them if you want, its up to you... )

Even though this is just a hobby of mine you still have a right to know what I do with your information,

So here goes.....

You do have the right to ask me for what information I hold on you, but I will tell you everything now anyway, and you can also ask to have all your information removed if I no longer need or use it, but I will be deleting all your information anyway after it has served its purpose,

I currently don't send out any marketing e-mails or brochures or anything like that so your information is not used for any of those purposes, if this ever changes then you will need to opt in before I can send you anything,

The only time information will be collected is when you place an order where I will need to collect your postal address,
e-mail address and phone number, this information is used solely for the purpose of delivering your item to you,

I just work for myself,
I do all the making, the accounts, take the orders and do the wrapping up so I am the only one who will ever deal with your information ( and obviously the postal company who will be delivering your item which at the moment is Royal Mail but if this ever changes I will make amends here )

I never get to see your credit card information so therefore I am unable to store your credit card information

I will also never rent or give out your information to any third parties,

I keep a copy of the invoice with your name and address and e-mail address and the price you paid for the item you ordered so I can refer back to it if there is ever a problem with your purchase and so I can keep my tax records up to date, I will keep these for 4 years and then destroy them by fire !

If any of these policies change I will come back and adjust this page as necessary.
