Are your coloring pages physical products or digital downloads?
Most coloring pages in my shop are instant digital downloads. This means no physical item will be mailed. After purchase, you will receive a link from Etsy to download and print your files.
How do I download my digital files?
After checkout, you can access your files by going to: Your Account → Purchases → Download Files
Etsy will also send an email with a download link. Files are typically provided as PDF and/or PNG formats for easy printing.
What size are the printable coloring pages?
Most coloring pages are formatted to print on standard 8.5" x 11" paper. For best results, print on regular printer paper or light cardstock.
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
No. All designs from Designs by SFP are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Stephanie F. Prince.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued once files have been downloaded. If you experience any issues with your files, please contact me and I’ll gladly help.
For physical party decor items, please contact me if there are any issues with your order.
Can you create custom designs?
Possibly! I occasionally accept custom design requests depending on availability. Send me a message with your idea and timeline, and I’ll let you know if I can help.
Are the cupcake toppers or confetti edible?
No. Cupcake toppers and party confetti are decorative items and are not edible. They are made with non-toxic materials but are not intended to be eaten. Please enjoy the cupcakes—but do NOT eat the toppers or confetti.
