(She said the order had taken her longer than usual to send out — I hadn’t noticed — and sent me a small version of the cup I ordered) Above and beyond commitment to excellence!!!

2 out of 5 starsLove my new water bottle! Exactly what I wanted and asked for. Above was my original review... I contacted the shop owner a month ago. Informed her that the decals were coming off. I have purchased many decals to assemble on items myself and items with decals. She did write back giving options, 1. To return the bottle and have her replace it, 2. To get an entirely new bottle, 3. To send the decals and me assemble it myself... I was very happy with her givi me options. I asked for option number three to send me the decals. Her shop has had the auto response of being on vacation for a very long time but she generally still responds back. Not sure what happened this time. Very Disappointing.
