About Me
My name is Christine, I'm a stay at home mom of two wonderful children who has a passion for creativity. I've always done everything as a hobby and never really realized how crafty I was until friends & family told me how talented I was. I made things for family and friends just for fun or as gifts. I decided to take a shot and invest my money into Designs By Christine. I wanted to do something I loved while being able to stay home with my kids while they are little. I never thought this could lead me into a career path.
I am very thankful to have this platform that Etsy has given me. Being able to share my passion for crafting to the world and reach so many people around the world has been such a blessing. Each and every item is designed, handmade and packed by me from beginning to end especially just for you. I hope that you'll be able to find something you love in my shop.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
My policy lasts 7 days from the date received. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund (if applicable) or exchange. Not all items are eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will personally send you a message via Etsy that I will be processing your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In some cases a 25% restocking fee my apply.
Exchanges (IF APPLICABLE)
I only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if an error has been made. Photos are required if the item came defective, damaged or was an error. If you need to exchange it for a different size send message to me via ETSY for further instructions.
RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note that custom orders are FINAL SALE. Changing an order from it's original listing no matter how little or small it is would be considered custom. Meaning text, text color, item color or shirt style.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
***Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I can't guarantee that I will recieve your returned item***

If you would like to purchase insurance for your order please let me know and I can set that up for you to purchase with your order. NOTE: Priority mail packages are have insurance included up to $100 additional may be purchased if desired. Insurance for 1st class packages are not included but can be purchased
