Our regular order processing time is 1-3 business days but does shift a little when experiencing increased order volume or during times of travel. Please see individual listings and shop front for most up to date processing times.

All items are made in small batches or are one-of-a-kind, so if you see something you love, grab it before it's gone!

Regular returns and exchanges are accepted ONLY after we have received the item(s) back AND are in its original unused, unworn condition. We recommend you return item(s) in their original packaging or something similar. Any damages incurred enroute back to us are not our responsibility, so please use appropriate packaging and postage. Return postage is always the responsibility of the buyer unless the mistake is ours. All items are packaged carefully in-house and leave our hands in perfect condition.

Once your order leaves our hands, there may still be delays in ship times on account of economic hardships on the postal service in some areas. If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please first contact your local post office for immediate assistance; sometimes there is a delay between when the package has been scanned and its arrival. Also, please check all potential package drop-off areas at your residence as well as with neighbors. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

✨All items come in a branded jewelry box, ready for gift giving. If you order multiple items, more than one item may be packaged safely within the same box in order to maintain reasonable shipping costs.

✨To keep costs reasonable we use simple craft jewelry boxes placed within thick yellow mailers. All earrings come with rubber stoppers secured to a jewelry card.
