I personally make all the items that are for sale in my shop. Every item is handmade with loving care in a completely smoke and pet free environment. Unlike many Etsy shops, all my items are in inventory (ready to ship when ordered) so my customers do not have to wait a long time to receive them.

I have many years of experience making arts and crafts. I was an Arts Education major in college and have taken additional classes in crocheting, sewing, and flower arranging. I worked in the public education system helping students and co-workers with their arts and crafts projects.

Processing time is the time needed to get an order ready for shipping. It generally takes me 1-3 business days to process an order. Processing time may take longer during inclement weather, holidays, and vacation periods. Please, read the shop’s Announcements (1st page) for details.

Since all items listed are already made, they are ready to be ship when ordered. There is only the short processing time (above) and USPS shipping time (see next question) before you will actually receive your order.

All my items ship FREE of charge via USPS First Class Package Services. Items shipped using this service generally take 2-6 business days to arrive. Once the order has shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to the customer.

NOTE: If you want to receive your order sooner, please contact me prior to ordering. I will gladly upgrade your shipping to meet your needs at an extra cost.

Yes, returns are accepted. My goal is to have a happy customer. If you have any problem with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to get it resolved.

If you need to return a purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the return item back to me within 7 days of delivery. For more detail refer to the shop’s Policies Section.

I value the feedback of your purchasing experience. More importantly, many potential customers use the reviews to make their purchasing decision. I use the reviews to improve my shop. If you have an Etsy account you can provide a review after the estimated date of delivery.

Go to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews."

Select a star rating for the first item you would like to review.

Write a review for the item.

Click "Post Your Review."

Repeat for each item.

You’ll find my prices very competitive. FREE SHIPPING is always provided. My goal is to provide high quality items at reasonable prices with great customer service. When I receive discounts from my suppliers I will always pass those savings to my customers.

I run sales during the various holidays. In addition, returning customers may receive discounts. Some times, I have sales where customers may receive a special discount when they spend over a certain amount. See the shop’s Announcements for specific details.
