SHIPPING:
Most of my orders ship first-class mail and arrive to most US locations within 5-7 business days once shipped. Because of the small, flat nature of many of my products, this is the most cost-effective way. I do require priority shipping for all custom orders. This means that a typical priority mail order will arrive about 3 business days after it has shipped to most US locations. Please understand that once your order is in the hands of the postal service, I have no control over it's arrival. Because USPS does not guarantee delivery times, neither can I. If you order is very time sensitive, you may want to consider priority mail express or Fed-Ex.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE 05/23/2020: USPS is taking longer than normal to deliver many items. They are experiencing higher than normal volume along with a decreased staff. I have seen some orders take as long as 3+ weeks to arrive. MOST, do not take that long, but it is happening about 10% of the time. Please understand that I cannot control the shipping speed. I do ship my orders on time, and most always within 1-3 business days. If your order is time sensitive PLEASE consider adding Priority Mail or at the very least, add tracking. I cannot recommend this enough.

I try to respond to messages as quickly as possible. Weekdays, I am generally available from 9am - 7 pm EST. In the interest of family, I may not reply to weekend messages until Monday. Thank you for your understanding.

I love to design and create unique one-of-a-kind products. The images in my shop are my own designs. Some designs are available for purchase as JPG, PNG &/or SVG files. For your decals, I use commercial grade sign vinyl - not materials found in a craft store. This allows me to provide you with high quality products that are made to last, whether for your home or business use! In addition to decals, I also personalize gift items such as blankets, glass & car coasters, ceramic (porcelain) ornaments, dog tags and more! If you are looking for home or shower decor, I can create wood-sign decor or lettering, and custom stickers as well as waterproof stickers, decals & window clings!

Stacey sent me a picture before the stuffed animal was sent out literally the day after I ordered. The shipping was also really fast and my friend loved the gift! (I sent this to my friend as a present for her newborn baby since she has a rottie) Highly recommend ordering anything from Stacey’s shop, she’s one of the best sellers on here!
