The payment method we accept is PayPal. You can also pay by credit card through PayPal without a PayPal account - just follow the prompts at checkout.

Please complete payment when you place your order. If payment is not received within two (2) days, the sale will be canceled.

FOR CALIFORNIA BUYERS: The current state sales tax of 8.75% will be automatically added to your order at checkout.
Shipping is through United States Postal Service, to the address listed on your PayPal account. If you would like your package shipped to a different address, please add that address to your Paypal account first, and then let me know which address you want me to use in "note to seller" when you place your order. Purchase more than one jewelry item and shipping on the additional jewelry items are free. For all other items, there is a small shipping charge for additional items.

For orders shipped within the United States: I ship daily, USPS First Class mail, with Delivery Confirmation included in the shipping cost.

All international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International. No insurance or delivery confirmation is available with this shipping method. If you would like one or both of these services, shipping will need to be upgraded to Priority International shipping at an additional cost. Please contact me for the price.

Due to the high frequency of lost packages from the United States, I cannot ship to Italy or Brazil.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund your money within seven (7) days of sale (minus the shipping cost) if you are not happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with an item, please contact me. We are more than happy to work with you to make it right. I will be happy to work with you so that you are completely satisfied.

Please note that a Delivery Confirmation number provided by USPS will be proof that the package was left at your address. If for any reason it is lost after delivery has been confirmed, no refund will be given.
