❖ We use FEDEX for worldwide shipping.
❖ Shipping to EU countries takes 2- 4 days, to USA, Canada, Australia and to other countries it takes about 5- 8 days. Please do not forget to write your phone number in the order box so that the courier can contact you.
❖ Shipping before/during Holidays takes longer than usually.
❖ Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country.
❖ PLEASE NOTE- shipping time does not include making time.
❖ If you place a bulk order, you will save money on shipping.
❖ In my shop the size scale is different. Please read the dress description and find your size.
❖ In the photo section you will see the size table and how to measure.
❖ If you fit a standard size then just specify it in the order. If you have a custom figure, please write me your measurements and I will make the dress by your personal measurements.
❖ Sometimes the length of the skirt can be a little longer, it just so happens. It is better to get a slightly longer than shorter ;)
❖ ALTERATION:
Any customization is possible - just feel free to contact with us about this.
We will try to do all to sewing perfect dress for you, but due to custom online order be ready for some local ALTERATIONS when you receive your dress. You can always get altered it by your local seamstress, if that will be needed - plan your budget according to this please.
❖ As the garments are made only by your given measurements, we can't accept the RETURNS. We all have different body types and that garment won't find it's person.
❖ Each clothing has a label with information about the fabric and the cleaning care instructions.
❖ Each clothing has been made with Love and Patience. I wish you feel unique..

Sizing details
❖ We are not responsible for the fact that you have been measured incorrectly and your measurements are incorrect and as a result the dress does not fit you.
The photo where you need to measure is presented in the photo section.
❖ In my shop the size scale is different. Please read the clothing description and find your size.
❖ The belt- sash belong to the clothing as you see in picture.
❖ The clothing which are ordered not together but in some intervals then I can't say that they will be from the same roll or same undertone.
Care instructions
❖ VELVET CLOTHES:
You can use machine wash at low temperature and dry in the dryer.
Please do not iron the clothes, even after washing. Enough only strongly shake it.
That velvet looks smooth, you can do that with steam machine.

❖ SATIN CLOTHES:
It's possible to wash satin in a washing machine on the gentle cycle, using a liquid detergent and low temperature.
Can be dried in the dryer. If you take it out of the dryer immediately after drying, you will not need to iron the garment.
IRONING: Steam iron if necessary.
Using an iron, always do it on the wrong side of the fabric.
Do you accept return and exchange?
All our items which were made by your measurements are custom made and that’s why they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Right away after order, each customer receive automatic message from Etsy, asking to check the size you picked.
Please be advised, each brand has their own size chart, same as we are. There is no standard size chart exist.

Even if we mark your purchases as a Gift, buyers are still responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply in your country.
