Payment is due within 48 hours of purchasing an item or it will be relisted.

Items do not ship until payment is received in full.

If you realize that you don't have the money to pay, please let me know so I can cancel the sale.

In the case of eChecks, items do not ship until the eCheck has cleared. eChecks can take up to 5-10 days to clear.

Washington State residents - please hold off on payment until I can accurately calculate the location based sales tax, that is required in our state. It may be necessary for me to invoice separately for sales tax. Please understand that I will not ship items until the sales tax has been paid/collected.
We pack and ship within 5 business days of payment received, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Please note that when paying via eCheck, we are unable to ship your item until your e-check has cleared. This may take 5-10 business days, and we are unable to affect this process.

Insurance is available upon request. Some items may have insurance added into the shipping cost. If an insured item arrives damaged, Buyer is responsible for retaining the packaging and the damaged item for insurance purposes. I will provide the Buyer with the information (tracking number, proof of cost, etc.), and Buyer will take the damaged item and packaging to the postal department and file the damage claim so that reimbursement can be forwarded to me. No refunds for damaged items will be made to the Buyer until the Buyer completes his/her part of the obligation in assisting to file the insurance claim.

The item will be shipped to the address as shown on Paypal. Be sure your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. Remember that it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship most items overseas. I do not pay associated international tax fees or insurance fees associated with international shipping. International buyers should be aware that Customs sometimes retains shipments, and I have no control over any delays that occur for this reason. I do not combine shipping on international orders. For international purchases of multiple items, each item will be mailed separately and individually.
Refunds and Exchanges
If buyer wishes to return an item for any reason I must be notified at the time buyer receives the item. You'll get a full refund minus the original shipping cost if it's sent back postmarked within 3 days of receipt by you (see below), in the same condition as when I sent it to buyer. Return shipping is your responsibility.

I do not offer refunds or exchange or shop credit on books. All sales are final on books.

*PLEASE NOTE: I require that tracking be included when you return an item... It is the only way I can work with the post office should the item get delayed or lost getting back to me.

SHIPPING COST REFUNDS: After purchase, any amount that you've paid for shipping which exceeds $2.50 above of the 'actual' shipping costs will be refunded back to you via Paypal - This occurs after the item have been shipped from the Post Office and the actual cost of shipping is known. The $2.50 amount retained is for shipping & handling -- helping to pay for shipping supplies & packing time.

IMPORTANT: I do not offer refunds or exchange or shop credit on books. All sales are final on books.

We pack our items extremely well to prevent any postal service related abuse, but we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

We will be happy to reserve an item for you for up to 3 days. After the third day, the item will be taken off hold and available to others again.
