Frequently asked questions

How do you ship your orders?

All Devoted Design Studio orders are shipped with First Class Mail shipping (unless noted otherwise). Priority & Express are available for an additional fee.

What are USPS standard shipping times?

First Class: 1-3 days
• insurance is not included through USPS First Class mail

Priority: 1-3 days
• includes shipping insurance up to $100

Priority Express: 1-2 days
• includes shipping insurance up to $100

With the Covid-19 pandemic, please expect a delay - I have been informed that Express mail should still shipping within the 1-2 day timeframe. You may upgrade at your own risk. Devoted Design Studio is not responsible for orders not received by any deadlines that you may have.

Can coupons or discounts be applied after purchase?

All discounts and coupons must be applied prior to purchase. No refunds will be issued for coupons after purchase.

USPS Lost / Missing Items

These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than what the tracking number provides. Once we hand off all packages to USPS, it is in their hands.

If you believe your package is missing or lost, please send us a message and we will start the claim on a missing package.

Is there an additional cost if a font or image I want needs to be purchased to complete my order?

The price of the font / image may be added to the order total. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Do you make SVG files for the Cricut machines?

Currently we use a Silhouette Cameo and all of our SVG's are designed in and for Silhouette Studio. We cannot confirm that our SVG's will easily work with Cricut Design Space.

No refunds will be offered for the purchase of a Devoted Design Studio SVG for use on a Cricut machine. We have never used Design Space before, so we recommend checking out tutorials on YouTube if you have any questions regarding using your Cricut.

Do you use sublimation or HTV for your shirts?

Unless otherwise noted on the listing, we use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing - colors of the print may not be as vibrant as in the mockup photo. It may have more of a vintage look. If you do not prefer this type of printing process, please consider another item. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are offered on custom orders. If a refund is offered, we will send you a return shipping label to return the product.

How much is it for a logo modification for an order?

We charge $25 for any logo modifications necessary to complete your order. Currently, we do not offer logo designing.

Can I be invoiced through PayPal, or make payment through Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, etc?

Going forward, all orders will need to be placed directly through our Etsy shop for ease of inventory tracking.

Can we pick up items purchased if we are local to Devoted Design Studio?

It will depend on the item(s) being purchased & these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
