Many of Dewey's Nooks items are made to order, please allow a period of 3-5 days to make and ship your item after payment.

See an item you like, but missed out on it? Tell me which item and I can try my best to recreate it for you! I do specialize in custom and bulk orders, if you want to customize any number of boxes feel free to contact me.

I've been creating extremely unique handmade boxes for years, which you can't find anywhere else, and I've even been honored enough to make a custom fairy box for pop superstar, Katy Perry.

Thank you for taking an interest in my shop! If you have any questions please feel free to convo me.


We accept Paypal and all other forms of online payment (paypal, visa, master card, and discover). At this time we do not accept money orders. If you wish to cancel your order, you must send us an email before the item ships, which is exactly one day after you buy the item.

We ship using USPS, usually first class, but on certain larger items and sometimes smaller items we ship priority. If you need it at a sooner date we can upgrade and discuss cost.

We will not lie to customs for international orders. We will not mark items as gifts, or lower the value of items. It is a felony offence, which is met with large fines, and over everything else it's simply wrong. Customs fee's are low, and we keep our international shipping rates as low as possible to compensate. Please don't ask us, or any other Etsy shop, to lie and potentially get into very large trouble. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should your item be damaged in the mail, You can send back your damaged item within 1 week of receiving it for a refund or a 'store credit'. If you select store credit, you can choose any item from our store of equal or lesser value, on your store credit item you will receive free shipping.

We also accept refunds within 7 days if your item does not suit your needs, and is unused (Only applicable to soaps, candles, and any other perishable item)

**The buyer pays return shipping costs** .

If your item is damaged or unsatisfactory and if you select "store credit", you will pay for shipping back, but in return we will pay shipping for you're new item to get to you.

We are happy to do custom and bulk orders on a 'case by case' basis. Please feel free to send us a convo and we will get back to you within 12 hours.

If you 'missed out' on an item, convo us, we can (to the best of our ability) recreate the items in our shop. Please note that every single item you see is very unique and completely hand made, so there are differences to be expected.
