1 out of 5 starsThe overall color and such is beautiful, but the wolf I asked to be put on looks so cheap and almost like a sticker which kills the entire thing. I’m so upset waiting for this to only get a terrible design on it. The wolf I asked doesn’t blend in nicely and I figured they would have been able to make it so but not. Wasted money.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your cup. The cup was made exactly as the listing photo with the exception of the decal image which was provided by the buyer. The image provided is a monochromatic image vs. the multi colored horse image in the listing. The cup was made using the exact glitters and decal application. As you can see by 99% of my reviews, I take pride in my work and customer service. I wish I would have been contacted by the buyer with any problems or issues with my work so that we could have tried to remedy the situation. I do appreciate you taking the time to submit a review and once again apologise that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Best Regards

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely beautiful! Loved the sweet packaging too. I already thought the cup was special then too receive it in such a special way, really made it worth the wait. Had to buy another cup, I can’t wait to get it!
