Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

I do not offer refunds on ANY made to order item in the shop. All other items can be returned for a SHOP CREDIT of same amount minus 10% restocking fee, to use toward the purchase of something else in the shop~ otherwise known as an exchange. Buyer must notify me within 24 hrs of receipt of item they wish to send back and exchange. Buyer pays return shipping.

Paypal is prefered,

"Any customs or VAT taxes on international shipments are responsibility of the purchaser and are NOT included in the purchase price. Full purchase value will be listed on all customs forms"

Shipping

All shipping quotes are for Priority mail within the continental USA, with full insurance and delivery confirmation included. I DO ship worldwide~ just convo me and let me know what you are interested in, and I can modify the listing to include shipping/insurance directly to you~ but remember, any customs or VAT taxes on international shipments are responsibility of the purchaser and are NOT included in the purchase price. Full purchase value will be listed on all customs forms.

Additional policies and FAQs

LAYAWAY: I DO offer layaway on a PRE aprooved basis~ just email me and we'll talk it over! Each person is different, so I taylor each layaway to fit the situation. GENERALLY speaking tho~ here are the rules~ and I am VERY STRICT about them being kept~
1. Payments MUST be made on time, by the set deadline~ NO exceptions.
2. no other item can be placed on layaway, while a current one is open.
3. There are NO REFUNDS of payments made on a layaway, if for some reason it must be cancelled~ by either you, or ME(ie~ for installment not recieved by deadline). The amount of your payments to that date will be given back as a STORE CREDIT, minus a 10% restocking fee.
